As most of you know reading this post know my partner Nathan Mayes and I founded Wealth In REI, a private real estate consulting group in late 2007. Since that time Michigan real estate investing has shown more and more opportunity.
It doesn't take a genius to figure out that the more of something that's available(foreclosures), the less desirable(the price goes down) they become. Right now in metro Detroit there are more houses on the market than there has been in 20 years. So the question is how does the average investor put their real estate investing business on steroids?
